These terms describe the basis on which Cloud Northeast Travels plans and coordinates vehicles, road journeys and related travel services.
Website prices are starting references. A journey is not confirmed by submitting a form or sending an initial message.
A booking becomes confirmed only after the route, inclusions, price, payment schedule and availability are agreed in writing and any requested advance is received.
Your written quote will identify the vehicle or service, planned route and included costs. Unless specifically stated, prices may exclude accommodation, meals, entry fees, safari charges, ferry tickets, permits, guide services, parking, tolls and personal expenses.
Material changes to dates, route, passenger count, luggage or vehicle category may require a revised price.
Payment milestones and accepted methods will be stated in the booking conversation or written confirmation. Do not make payment to an account that has not been verified through the official contact details.
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the booked vehicle, hotels and third-party services. The applicable conditions should be confirmed before paying an advance.
Northeast India journeys can be affected by weather, landslides, snow, road works, local restrictions, strikes, permit controls, ferry schedules and other conditions outside the company’s control.
Cloud Northeast Travels may recommend or make reasonable changes to route, timing, vehicle, stop or overnight location where safety or practical delivery requires it. Additional services or distances requested by the traveller may add cost.
Travellers are responsible for:
Hotels, activity operators, parks, ferries, permit authorities and other independent providers may apply their own rules and availability conditions.
Cloud Northeast Travels coordinates these services with care but cannot control every act, omission, closure or schedule change of an independent provider.
Vehicles must not be used for unlawful activity, unsafe loading or travel beyond permitted roads. Smoking, damage, abusive conduct or instructions that place the driver or vehicle at risk may lead to refusal or termination of service.
Cleaning, repair, waiting or route-deviation costs caused by the travelling party may be charged where reasonable.
